A memecoin with income from outside crypto.
Paid byrealcompanies.
The treasury owns dividend-paying stocks. When they pay, you do.
Nothing has been bought yet, and the number below is a real zero.
Trading volumeisn't theincome.
A dividend is declared by a company and paid on stock the treasury owns. It arrives whether or not anyone trades this token.
Every other distribution on this chain is money from buyers paid to holders. This one is money from companies. A dividend arrives whether or not anyone trades this token.
What thetreasuryowns.
Nothing. There is no treasury and no holding. Below is the set it could buy from — every dividend-paying stock token on this chain, read live.

Three of twelve. Only the highlighted rows have a scalar above 1.0. The other nine paid a dividend in the last twelve months and their multiplier still reads exactly 1.0, so the accretion is not applied to every dividend-paying token here. We show the live value per row rather than claiming otherwise.
Reference price is the underlying share from a public market feed, not the token's execution price — no Chainlink feed or pool route is wired up yet. Trailing figures are measured history over the last twelve months. They are not a forecast, not annualised forward, and not a promise. A further 18 stock tokens on this chain paid nothing at all and are not listed.
What a dividendlooks likeon chain.
A company declares a payment. On this chain the effect is a scalar: the raw balance is untouched, and uiMultiplier() moves instead.
The board declares a cash dividend. This happens off chain, in a filing, and nothing about this token is involved.
The multiplier on the token rises. Every holder's effective balance rises with it. No transfer, no mint.
The accretion is sold to the quote asset during market hours, in batches, with a slippage cap.
Oracle's token is reading above parity right now.
What we have not shown you. None of the three non-parity scalars on this chain reconciles to a specific declared dividend — the deviations are the right order of magnitude and the wrong exact number. Dating the change needs an archive node, and the public endpoint keeps about a thousand blocks. Until that is wired up, this page shows the scalar and does not claim to have matched it to a payment. A split moves the same scalar, so a corporate-action feed is a dependency of the sweep, not an optimisation — and you would be trusting it.
A real contract.A realblock.
Every number on this page is read in your browser, at a block you can check. There is nothing deployed to read yet, so most of this window is empty.

No contract exists. When one does, its address is published here with a Blockscout link, and every balance it reports is raw × uiMultiplier() — there is no default of 1.0 anywhere in this codebase.
Four steps.Then itpays.
One of these four has been observed working on this chain. The other three do not exist yet, and each row says which is which.

Every payment,on therecord.
Date, asset, amount, and what was distributed. When a payment happens it appears here with the block it happened at. None has.
Genuinely empty. No payment has ever been made. This is a real zero, not a placeholder and not a counter waiting to be switched on. There is no sample data on this page anywhere.
Wallet connection is not built. There is no contract to connect to, so a connect button here would do nothing — it is listed under “not built” rather than shown disabled and hopeful.
Reading the chain…
Beforeyoubuy it.
Five questions, answered the way we would want them answered if we were reading this instead of writing it.
- 01
Where does the money come from
Companies paying dividends on stock the treasury owns.
The treasury holds tokenized debt securities, not shares. That is economic exposure to a share price — no ownership, no votes, no claim on the underlying stock.
- 02
Does the treasury ever sell
No. It only buys.
What is sold is the accretion, not the position. The portfolio only grows, so the dividend line grows with it, independently of trading volume.
- 03
What if a company cuts its dividend
The payment falls or stops.
This is not income and it is not guaranteed. Dividends are declared at a company's discretion and can go to zero. Nothing here is financial advice.
How large is it? Shown live, measured. It is zero today because nothing has been bought. The best trailing figure on this entire chain is 1.415%, and eighteen of the thirty stock tokens paid nothing at all. It is small, and we would rather show that than imply otherwise.
What am I holding? Nothing yet — no token is deployed. When one is: exposure to a portfolio of tokenized debt securities. Economic exposure, not ownership. Holding is the claim on the stream; burning redeems a pro-rata slice of the portfolio.
Read it.Check it.Don't trust it.
The honest list. Most of this does not exist, and what does, you can verify yourself.
- The token contract — nothing is deployed
- The treasury — nothing has been bought, nothing is held
- The sweep — no accretion has ever been sold
- Distribution to holders by time-weighted balance
- Wallet connection (there is no contract to connect to)
- Pool depth and routing — no Uniswap V4 StateView address or pool ids yet
- A corporate-action feed to tell a dividend from a split
- Chainlink feed wiring for execution pricing
- Ticker, contact address and hero artwork
- A securities opinion, and an audit
no contract deployedContracts are unaudited. Nothing is deployed, so there is nothing to audit. A securities opinion is required before mainnet, and has not been obtained.
